Our wines begin in the vineyard. With the combined effort between the agronomist and winemakers, they continually develop and implement the most innovative technics in order to achieve the highest expression of the terroir.

 

The winery uses the latest technology and innovation of winemaking . This includes: stainless Steel and concrete  tanks between 2500-20,000. We also have an extensive range of American and French oak barrels.

The Reserve wines conveys the richness of the terroir of the Uco Valley.  They are unique as they come from the best parcels in our vineyard. Delicately aged 12 months in new French oak.  A true special occasion wine!
